We had the 2007 Reserve on 5/9-10/19. A well aged and balanced full bodied wine. The tannins were all smoothed out. Scents and tastes of blackberry, cedar, cassis and mocha. A smooth finish.

Oct 24th, 2017We had the 2007 Vintage on 7/16-17/17. After decanting for an hour, the tannins were all smoothed out. A terrific wine with tastes of blackberry, kirsch and cassis. Even some cedar on the bouquet. A smooth finish to a full bodied wine.
