If only all Napa Sauv Blanc was like this. Lemongrass, honeydew, Meyer lemon, white grapefruit and cucumber aromas with some white flower perfume. Like creamy lemon custard on the palate, finishing with green peppercorn and thyme. Vibrant and rich at the same time, all with perfectly balanced acid.

Straw with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and grassy floral notes. On the palate apple and melon flavors, lime and an underlying sweetness, crisp and refreshing with vivid acidity. The finish is balanced and its medium ending has some grassy mineral characteristics. Nice!

Muted nose with the most delicate of citrus fruits. On the palette, it lacks texture, depth and presence. It simply slides off the palette. I've even forgotten what brought me here. Let's just move on...

Aug 19th, 2016A little bit of lees aging is evident on the nose but not much if this is a 2014 already out. Bright citrus, lime skin, lime pith, pink grapefruit, a touch of minerality. Dill on the palate with melon and more acidity and a decent amount of structure. Paired with a seared ahi since they were out of vouvray and it's not bad, not bad at all.

Super easy drinking Sauvignon Blanc. Not much else. Crisp and clean summer wine.

Had two cases of mixed 2012, 2013, 2014, and damn this one is GOOD. Punchy stone flavor well balanced with sweetened lemons and an undercurrent of butter.
