Had this at another tasting. A blend of 87% Cab Sauv & 13% Syrah, deep Ruby with aromas of black and red fruits with herb spice notes. On the palate blackberry and black cherry flavors with notes of oak, vanilla and herb spice. Firm tannins, medium finish ending with espresso and oaky notes. Tasting Sample.

The coler is dark opaque . The legs seem to last forever. The initial palate is so smooth with no absolutely no tanin acidity. Flovors of currant and rasberry and plum. No oak. The finish is smooth no acidity. A big zing!!!! Cant get enough. It is dry, bold, big, amszing!!!!! Drink this wine!!!!!!!!

Not a “big” Cabernet; but very pleasant. A bit light on mouth feel. Soft tannins. Could have more fruit flavor

Dark berry and hints of oak. It is a tad past it’s peak at being stored for 7 years but it still holds up well!!

Dense mocha, black cherries and lavender on the nose. Rich mocha and bitter chocolate/lavender. Dusty tannins very good showing. #napavalley
