Grown organically in the Polish Hill district of the Clare Valley. Definitely in the top 3 Rieslings in Australia - such purity.

Mid yellow in colour. Musky notes with a little talc - white and yellow flowers. On the palate lovely ripe peach flavours. Incredible flavour intensity. Irresistible. Low acid. Definitely one of Australia’s best dry Rieslings. No notes of TDN. Have the last one in a year or two. See previous Delectable note 6 years ago in June 2018 when it was carrying more citric acid.

Arguably Australia’s best Riesling many would say. Beautiful aromatic nose of a high quality Riesling showing notes of Bath Talc and Lime Juice. Light to medium weight palate with lots of lime juice - still a baby at 5 years with a lot of development still to happen- up to another 15 years. Dry finish and 12.7% Alcohol.

Classic dry Riesling with gout de Petrol. Crisp, clean, well balanced. The fruit is intense but still a bit austere for my taste. I have had different examples that I liked even better.
