savoury key lime tart with buttery crust and hints of fresh rain on hot mountain rock and that comforting whiff of petrol. palate is clean crisp limey and bright as the sun on a fresh spring morning. Yum!

Very interesting to see this age - upon release this was extremely tight & austere and now it has blossomed into a beautifully expressive aged Riesling w/dark gold color, big whiff of petrol alongside peach & apricot. On the palate it is still razor sharp & angular w/only slightly rounded off edges no doubt due to age & bit of fat it gained. On the finish it is bone dry with clearly defined lemon & lime, mineral-y w/hint of creaminess.
