The entirety of Napa Valley white wine condensed into a bottle. Little sweet, but mostly dry and a good bit of acid. Delicate aromas of pear, apricot, and a little hint of barrel in there. On the palate it's minerally upfront with the aforementioned fruits and a crisp dry finish. The little bit of age was not a detractor, I would absolutely drink this again and share it around.

Stone fruits in the nose and palate. Taste of pears, apple and hint of citrus in the palate. Pairs well with food, especially a gluten free sea salt crackers
