Wild ferment Sauvignon Blanc from Kevin Judd ex Cloudy Bay. This is rich, full, distinctive, beautiful. Not at all NZ Sauv on a blind taste.

Citrusy, crisp, sour. I definitely prefer it after it's warmed up a bit -- just below room temp!
