Citrus, lemon peel, stone fruit, peach pit, hints of guava. Plenty of minerality and acidity. Very nice with a caprese salad or sea bass. Nice summer drinker. Great Greek expression.

Citrus (lime and lemon zest), grapefruit, honeycomb, and strong floral notes. Paired with grilled octopus, tzatziki and pita, and gyro platter. Wine was excellent and refreshing with a nice minerality and medium acidity. A great evening spent exploring Greek cuisine with our favorite couple.
