Really a pretty nice Soave. Quite pure, very linear, excellent crunchy acid.

This wonderful soave tastes like a sunny clear sky if you could drink it. On the nose we’re getting lemon citrus, yellow apple and white flowers. More of the same on the palate with a zingy acidity and a unique finish of stone and minerals. Solid soave.

Second night opened showing some beautiful creamier, slightly cheesy and oxidative notes with such a great concentration of fruit.

This is THE food wine. Awesome flavors, brisk minerality with lemon on the back end

Subtle apricot and peach, full of minerality, well balanced and good to go. So cheap too

Strong minerality on the nose. Soft mouthfeel, and plush. Stone fruit flavors - fresh apricot especially. Balanced.
