Wonderful left field wine from Jura almost like a white burgundy with an oxidative twist. Hard to accurately describe other than being wild and slightly thrilling with plenty of body and weight to be complex yet perfectly refreshing - remarkable stuff I think!

Pale greeny gold. Lemony apple with a swing of incense, dry, good acidity, delightfully well balanced twixt fruit and acidity. Excellent with lemon baked mackerel.

Who doesn’t love a subdued natural that tastes faintly of icing sugar? This retains a Chardonnay’s oak, is borderline too sweet but balanced enough to make me want to gulp it like crazy. This would pair with a cheese board like JLo and Puff Daddy 👌🏻
