After resting 48 months on the lees in the bottle prior to disgorgement, the 2017 Graham Beck Blanc de Blancs starts with a lovely citrus-driven, nutty nose, offering aromas of yellow apple, white peach, almond, brioche, wet stones and a dash of umami. Medium-bodied, the mouthfeel is vibrant with lively acidity, concluding with a crisp finish. This is delicious. Drink now until 2027.

Sep 14th, 2023Couldn't find this anywhere...tho other GB bubbles around all over....at Morevino in Ocala for a work visit and boom! 2015 in 2/21. Havent had in a long time. This was a bit tight and not as bright as I recalled. Blind I actually wouldn't have thought bdb. It was very good...Hv a 2nd and will try to hold off for a bit. 12.5% disgorged july '19.
