Key Lime Pie and Lolita? Hard slap of apple cider riding high on waves of apricot and cinnamon stick that is cheating with apple in Pickleville. Asian spices shimmer alongside. Real tart briny lime plays nice with Old Key Lime House-made pie. Bing cherry bringing the cringe from the fringes to the face cave! Sugar-olive dichotomies. The push and pull cancellations have me imagining pickled persimmon existences, dried, spiced Asian plum, banana pepper, potpourri woods, candied ginger, and bite after bite the palatal assault assuaged by lime and sugar and graham cracker. Bittersweet tang for the twang thang.

Vinegar. Look, I'd take it over many-a-beer...and it's wild and sour alright. But balance is off. Leagues better than Goose Island's mainstream lineup though. An order of magnitude, to be imprecise.

Blue giant's toes, pleasantly funky dry raspberry, dry-rot cedar with alluvial notes, nutmeg, turmeric. Iodine lightning across a balsamic sea of briny, boiled peanut, raspberry essence. Leaden residuals! Really fantastic!

Whoa. Raspberry, mushroom, soy, savory, umami. Killin' it!

Great sour from Goose Island. Nice brett on the nose along with candies raspberries anda hint of balsamic. Nice tartness on the palate and a complex flavor profile. Great beer on an amazingly gorgeous afternoon in Vegas!

Sweet, sour, savory with amazing texture and length. Very wine-like nose. Delicious.

Not gonna rate this one, as it is quite unique. Kudos to Goose Island for getting so creative.
2015, fermented in wine barrels with raspberries. 7.8 ABV.
While "intetesting", for me the wood and raspberries and what comes off as a "sour" did not particularly work. Yeah, just imagine those three tastes at once in your mouth.
Glad I tried it, won't be again.
