A pleasant example of Amontillado Jerez, which has all qualities of an excellent Jerez wine- deep amber color. Aromas of dried apple, honey, handful of nuts, mostly hazelnuts, hints of soft cheese, wood. Amazingly long aftertaste with nuts on the palette.

Very light dand fruity amontillado. Bone dry. 16.5% alcohol makes for a lighter aperetif and digestif style. Def worth trying as it has some interesting food potential I think. That said if you are looking for a classic nutty amontillado there are better examples. Still, for 9e in Spain, who the hell is complaining??
