I like this wine. It’s Merlot, with plenty of plum, blueberry, and black currant. It’s rich but not heavy. There’s enough tannin and acid to give it structure, which balances the new world fruit profile. Excellent balance, especially for the price point.

Intense Purple/ruby color. Aromas of plums, purple flowers and a bit of funk. Pallet is loaded with black fruit/berry flavors, Forrest Floor and dark chocolate. A tad of an herbal/green note on the extremely funky finish. Nice creamy texture and soft dusty tannins. Full bodied and juicy. Something seemed off with this wine. I was expecting more.
