Floral, tropical fruit nose backed up by fresh pineapple juice, creme brûlée, and green apple on the palate. Crisp finish that lasts. Beautiful representation of Chardonnay.

Deep straw for this Carneros Chardonnay, with aromas of stone and tropical fruits. The palate shows peach, pear and melon with lemon zest and toasty oak. The finish is crisp with, good balance with a mineral character. Very nice!

Definitely an oak bomb, but somehow does not overwhelm the grape. Balanced, creamy, fruit, acid backbone. Very high quality wine for <$20.

Gloria Ferrer 2011 Carneros Chardonnay. 100% Carneros estate fruit. Aged in 100% French oak for 9 months. 50% malolactic fermentation. Buttery, vanilla cream custard aroma. Palate is rich, medium full, with yellow apple, toasted coconut, and a soft warming bakingnsoocenoj the finish. The oak is well integrated, not overwhelming. Giving the wine a little air, it's more focused on baked apple with a very soft baked spice and a drizzle of vanilla on top. Wonderful with Camembert cheese.

2012. Maybe I have a bad bottle. Very disappointing. Sour. Not corked though.

That, for lack of better descriptors, chardonnay wet wool flavor with a star-bright acidity.

Goes great with Botox (and homemade Chex mix I'm making for my beautiful niece and nephew). It helps me forget how much that shit hurts. Beautiful lemon color. A lovely mix of citrus and a little butter.

Love this Chardonnay and at such a great price. Perfect with our garlic scallops and chihuahua.
