Wallace Barossa Valley Shiraz Grenache
Green astringent tannins, overtly acidic; fruit juice (strawberry), felt watered down...don’t believe further aging would assist this wine.

Jan 24th, 2024Lots of fruity sweetness (a blackberry, plum maybe) with licorice and mild chilli pepper. It's a pity I've bought only one bottle.

Dec 10th, 2021Surprising how much the Grenache punches through given the lower percentage vs the Syrah. Packs a fruity punch with an herbal backbone, but fairly one dimensional, although a good bbq wine.
