Another Aussie Shiraz with a ton of fruit and still very primary for its age. I get the sense that these wines shed their baby fat and then hold in this state for some time. And again very resolved tannic structure, quite lithe. I didn’t get the sense that this would develop the secondary and tertiary character that I enjoy in old world Syrah but I’m a total neophyte when it comes to Australia so could well be wrong

From memory, but holy cow was this great. Incredibly deep and complex, but not overpowered. Outstanding!

Brawny and muscular! Just what I expected for an Aussie Shiraz blend. Fragrant aromas of blueberries. Black fruits, beef jerky and black olives on the palate. Chewy tannins and an impressive long finish. Drinks great by itself. Didn't pair well with food, especially salty foods.

Showing more primary fruitnotes than expected. Hardly any secondaries yet and the flavor profile comes across as slightly confectionary...
Puzzling...
My last bottle (3 years ago...) showed more evolution and therefore a better balance.

Yes! Chewy black fruits with plenty of supple tannins remaining. Great depth and drinking so so well now.

Still dark purple. Black fruits that coat the tongue. A long and Sweet finish.
