Giuseppe Rinaldi
Brunate - Le Coste Barolo Nebbiolo
Stupid young, but accessible with a long decant. Not likely the vintage to make old bones, but the consolation is that the ripe red and black cherry fruit and (relatively) soft structure make this thoroughly enjoyable in the short term.

Apr 21st, 2018These are effortless for the drinker. Pure, deep red fruit with freshness and detail to spare. Shows the structure one expects with younger Barolo, yet as a generous approachability not seen in the average bottle. Aromatically, this is about as good as it gets. The fresh roses & strawberries just envelop the nose unrelentingly. Rinaldi delivers- always.
