Good but tight and needed a decant. Beppo always delightful

This one let me down. It used to be better. Strong bell pepper aroma and flavour. This wine should not carry bell pepper anything. The beginning of the end of Quintarelli. Giuseppe would have never allowed this vintage out of his shop.
