Sipping Fine Wine

Medium Ruby, purple notes with aromas of berry fruits and smoky notes. On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry and red plum with pepper spice, burnt toast and herbs. Fine tannins, medium finish ending with raw fruit, spice and earthy character. Drink now!

Nice red intensity. Clean. One of the best Dolcettos we’ve had.

@opentuesday wine, and it was and excellent open-Wednesday with polish sausage and green bean salad. Well crafted and restrained Dolcetto in my experience, but still very expressive of its fruit. Elegance in a daily drinker bottle!
