Moscato sweetness shines through though the smoker, bitter edge adds complexity. Not bad. I'm sure someone with the right amount of talent and time could make this into quite the cocktail.

2 people found it helpfulApr 8th, 2014I wouldn't have guessed this is made from Moscato. The warm spices (esp cinnamon) are so strong, but not in an unpleasant way. Lots of bitterness on the finish as well as a syrupy aspect.
