Feudo Etna Rosso Nerello Mascalese - Nerello Cappuccio

Slightly disappointed. Bright tart red fruit, some cured meat. Tasted disjointed.

Nice, earthy Etna Rosso. Very good but not the best Girolamo Russo Rosso.

Något burgundisk i sin karaktär. Elegant med inbjudande doft. Rosor, bär, mineral, apelsinskal, kanel och örter. Ligger väldigt högt i alkohol (14,5) vilket ger en lite intryckssänkande hetta efter ett par glas.

Saddle leather nose. Light bodied, savory, volcano rocks with hint of cherry. Medium acidity. Minerals & spice on the finish. Paired nicely with charcuterie and cheese plate.
