Beth birthday. Great!

Medium garnet hue. Aromas of cherry, earthy, oak, raspberry, rubber, salt, tar, vanilla, and violet. Full-bodied, with robust (yet integrated) tannins and high acidity. Palate of red fruits, rubber, and spice. Complex bouquet with a remarkably round finish that begs for another sip. A well-made wine that's coming into its own, capable of standing up to rich dishes, and worthy of cellaring for still longer.

Truffle aromas for this delicate wine. Could still age but vibrant now

Silky, very rich and flavorful. Fuller than pinot.
