This wine is as serious as a heart attack. I’m still trying to collect myself. Is there a little Nebbiolo in there? Dust, dried leather, wilted rose on a corpse in a casket... yeah, that serious. I respect it, but do I like it ... brb

Mint and grape aroma with black fruit, spices,, and cedar on the bud. My first Delcetto and I’m not sure if this grape wins me over. It’s not bad, but something just seems off. It’s smooth and the tannins are mild.

Spicy and sharp yet delicate nose. The taste is soft, sweet, and engulfing. Pairs well with prosciutto and vibes.

Som said they replaced the grapes in a region (Barolo) that makes a lot of money using the native to plant these, which says a lot about the winery. It’s delicious and smooth, would go with almost anything. Really love it.

A bit pinkish ruby, a bit strong cherry aroma, but elegant type? No, that is just initial taste. 30 minutes is necessary. Spicy, but with fruity at the peak around 1 hour. @, X, 171212
