Hints of raw almond rise up from the 2020 Soave Classico, with honeydew melon, apple and sweet white flowers. It’s glycerol-like in texture, complicated by zesty citrus and acids counterbalancing ripe apricot and pear. The finish is persistent, fresh and perfumed. $24.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, June 2021)
