May 28th, 2016Very zingy, lots of green apple over shells with good body. The finish comes up a little short but this is Villages Chablis punching well above its weight.

Dec 22nd, 2015Lemon and grass nose, like a restrained nz sauv blanc. On the palate, good acid attack supported by rocks and seashell. Apricot/stone fruit finish is a little soft. Good village Chablis - great with shellfish and gone way too quickly.
