After 40 minutes the wine is even better. Fruit took 30 mins to show, then became quite present with dry strawberries and a surprising freshness. After one hour it started going slightly downhill with lower aromatic intensity.

FML. This bottles was siting amongst many, on a fireplace mantle in a small village in Piedmont, Sinio. Nearing the end of my visit I offered to buy this wine. She said 25 Euros. I said ok and we lived happily ever after. 15 minutes of absolute sensory bliss!
