
My last bottle- what a great value. Beautiful aromas ranging from floral to bacon, cardamom, cinnamon spice, red licorice, & vanilla extract. The balance is elegant & not over done.....even with 14% alcohol. Fruit at this point has become sweet plum like, with dry tannin that asks/begs for food.

A good Barolo. No more. No less. A bit tart on the finish, but nothing that doesn't disappear after a few sips.

CVed 3/16/17 Nebbiolo comp. More dark fruits and mature leaves on nose and excellent balance on palate and great length with complexity.
