Estate Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Rich and extracted. Spicy and interesting.
Showing blackberries, coffee, cedar, vanilla, leather, spices, earth, chocolates, tobacco, peppercorn, figs, raisins, vanilla, licorice and black pepper.
Full bodied, big and bold, with medium acidity.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Nicely balanced and fruit forward. Tasty and delicious. Loved smelling on it for a long time.
Good right out of the bottle, but so much better after 2 hours of airtime.
I had this vintage over a year ago, and it is so much better now. Will be even better in 5 years.
A blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon with some Malbec and Petit Verdot. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
94 points.

Here is a delicious one from Napa Valley.
Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim.
Fruity nose of blackberries, sweet cherries, cedar, leather, light vanilla, tobacco, peppercorn, espresso, dark chocolates, light alcohol and spices.
Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, cooked plums, cedar, vanilla, coffee, toast, peppercorn, light alcohol, dark chocolates and pencil lead.
Long finish with round tannins, tangy cranberries and red chili pepper.
This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Nicely balanced with mild complexity and a great mouthfeel.
A very nice sipping wine, and good with food too.
Ripe, but not overwhelming with fruit. Gentle and restraint.
Very enjoyable by itself, with a tangy and spicy finish, which is interesting.
Wine Enthusiasts 92 points. Wine Spectator 93 points.
Drinking nicely already, but still young. I would love to revisit this in 3 years.
Needs a couple of hours to open up properly. I paired it with cheeses, crackers and olives.

Drunk Review 8: dark fruit, floral— reminds me of evening blooming flowers, mysterious spice taste. It’s something exotic. Drink while petting a dog that is cool and exotic, like a Borzoi.
