Dec 11th, 2021Nice and balanced Viognier. Velvety, acidity and fruttato all there. Had it with home made tortiglioni with shrimps sautéed in olive oil, garlic, harissa and tomatoes. Had it cooled but let it rest to get to room temperature for correct tasting.
