Gris Blanc Pays d'Oc Rosé

Strawberry watermelon nose, very briny, olives and sage palate. Bitter

This wine reminds me of this girl I once knew. In another life time, long ago.

Gerard Bertrand was born and raised in the South of France, making wine with his father, Georges, since the age of 10. Went to a private Rosé tasting and sampled over 20 Rosé wines, this one was interesting. Pale pink with a “grey” tint!! Berry aromas with a touch of fresh floral. Mostly Grenache, the palate shows cherry and a light citrus flavor, generous acidity, medium finish ending with a mineral tang. Need to enjoy this with spicy foods. Tasting Sample.

Its pale its light much like the strawberry flavors it exhibits, interesting, but not dynamic

Jolly rancher green apple, Fiji water bottle plastic, drag queen queef tape.

Very pale cotton candy pink. Restrained, mineral driven aromatics suggests faint red berry, neutral white flowers, and a hint of saline. Exquisitely elegant. Light body, medium plus acid, cottony texture, no bitterness, medium plus abv 12.5% creates a spicy pickle on the palate. The label says dry but fruit driven which is a little misleading. A very well balanced, dry wine. Refined and refreshing.
