A Demi-Sec, salmon color with aromas of sweet berry fruit and hints of yeast. On the palate a fruit bomb of strawberry and sweet cherry with toasty notes. Medium finish, ok balance ending with a sweet fruit character. To me a bit pricey. Not my style. Tasting Sample went well with strawberry chocolate candy.

Drank 12/7/18. Champagne event. Tasting pour.

A sweeter, demi-sec style. Fresh strawberry without any yeasty notes. Ripe, sweet red fruits with a rich mouthfeel. Too sweet for my taste but well made and enjoyed by many.

Bright pinkish orange with moderate liveliness. Strong nose of strawberries, raspberries, slight minerality (very limited) and spices. Long and lush on the palate. Very rich and would love to try this with some chocolate bread pudding. Lots of bright red fruits with a sweet pinch. Moderate acidity (6.5/10) and medium plus bodied, just so rich, not what we excepted but this is not a Brut. Needs to be chilled! Drink till 2022.

Had this with a new years Bouche de Noel and was wonderful and the slightly sweet sparkler paired very nicely with the rich, dark chocolate.
