A really delicious champagne at a delicious price. I love the light toasted brioche on the nose complimented by creme brûlée and lemon oil. Lovely wine. I could drink it every day

Don’t think this was dosed, which might be why I liked it so much.

Well, color me impressed. This is most definitely a champagne for the lovers, less so for the casuals. Fun, highly expressive, and highly impressive.

A nice mild golden color. An abundance of tiny bubbles and pervasive creaminess. The aromas take a little time to fully express themselves but soon you’ll note some ginger and floral aromatics. Red and green apples with the hint of yeast. Blue and red fruits start to dominate after some time with a really nice infusion of herbs and mint.

Pure Meunier from the Premier Cru village of Chambrecy. Organic practices since the 1970’s and you can tell. The base wine is from 2018 with reserve wines from 2013-2017 and disgorged in June of 2020. Vibrant acidity with a dosage of 1 g/l. Immaculately dry with such nice tension and intensity. Interesting and complex for days and days.

In the mouth there’s a burst of orchard fruit initially with clarity and precision. Chalky minerality and moist stone. The red fruit here is generous and welcoming. Keeps growing in the glass, blossoming into something really beautiful. Not a wine that’s for everyone but it’s just right for us. You know who you are.
