Sauvage Rheingau Riesling

Sky high acids and not so much fruit. a few years later perhaps...

Reminiscent of the 2005 über-Riesling but with less intensity, flavours, and finish. But good value.

Acidic stuff, but nice

Best riesling i’ve tried so far..
Very good for spicy food.
Round, lots of lime, very fruity when properly cooled.

Frisk och fruktig. Syra och mineral.

Allways great!

Disappointing. Closer to cider than proper Riesling.
