The fried chicken was a fail, but the wine is a miracle. Still bright and youthful, dry with lots of zippy acid, juicy tropical fruit, lemon zest, loooong finish of lemon and lychee. Wonderful.

Bockar av det mesta. Ursprungstypisk, balanserad, längd, intensitet, koncentration och lagrinsduglihet. På tal om lagring känns det faktiskt ganska så ung än. Väldigt stark årgång som börjar få lite fin oljig munkänsla. Men det här blir t.o.m bättre om ytterligare tio år.
