Delicious aged priorat…licorice, tar, black tea..easily be mistaken for barolo, brick color with smooth soft tannins…paired well with homemade meatloaf!

Oct 6th, 2021Nose is ultra-ripe. A little pruney, cherry cough syrup. Full and ripe but not jammy in the mouth. Nice tannic structure. Surprisingly good acidity for 15.5%. But ultimately, it’s just simple and large.

Jan 29th, 2019Wow, loved this. Black/red fruits, raisinated, baked, fruits, no new oak, high booze, medium plus tannins and medium acid. Paired great with bbq chicken. I could have mistaken for amarone/ripasso, but this likely has more tannin. Well balanced. Need more!

Aug 14th, 2017Savory, stony, slightly baked. A little alcoholic heat for me, but my wife loved it.
Disclaimer: I import it.
