G.D. Vajra
Langhe Rosso Red Blend
So soft and friendly. Great purity of ripe berry and floral notes on the nose. Great casual dinner or sitting-around-drinking wine.

Dec 11th, 2018Straightforward, but pure strawberry, citrus, licorice, and rock woven together with flowers. While simple, its posture is debonair. More than compelling for the price and a no-brainer at $13.

Aug 3rd, 2017Seems odd to call a wine versatile, but this is a red that's light enough to chill and drink by the pool but sturdy enough to stand up to heartier meals. Of course, works just fine on its own too. Well balanced tannins with red berry flavors. Wish the finish lingered a bit longer, but at 12-13 a bottle this is a QPR steal.

The fruit might not be their best but there is every ounce the same effort that goes into these wines as the better wines. If it has their name on the bottle, the wine had better be good for that category.
This Rosso is fruity and a little wild. Red fruits and some floral notes come through. Reasonable finish. It was rather lovely slightly chilled.
