If some wine is feminine, this is a warrior princess.
Pretty nose of rose petals and a minimum amount of tar, turned earth and candied orange zest, surprisingly. The palate is very young barolo, which isn't a knock, but also not a compliment.
The tannins are present but soft for the vintage. Enjoy whenever.

At @pubbelly on the 27th. A bit young & a little funky at first, but improved with air. Great w the truffled dishes.
