Crisp, lean, super tingling thanks to the mineral side of it. It feels like licking rocks coming out from the ocean. Quite long too.

This is delicious stuff. It’s lively and bristling, filled with lemon and mandarin and a mouth-wateringly tart apple finish, with some biscuity nougat notes on the nose. Can’t stop topping up the glass.
