Red cherries, light, underbrush character with smoked meats...great mineral content...

Dark, rich, and ripe on the nose: deep dark berries, sandstone-like crushed rock and a bit of baker’s chocolate. Mouthfilling and ripe. A bit too chocolatey for me, to be honest, but still a very good winter weight wine. 53% Syrah, 34% Grenache, 11% Mourvèdre, and 2% Viognier.

YumYum. Nice job Rosemary. Floral, milk chocolate covered cherries, dried herbs on the nose. Nice balance to palate. Feels less than 14.5%.

Sweet oak, cherry vanilla. Easy drinking. Very nice

Lots of fruit, spice and everything nice.

Too much wine for me. .

Drinking wonderfully now. Spicy, kirsch, meaty. Medium body with great balance and complexity.

If you doubt the quality of Amador wines find this guy and think again. Solid all the way around.

The '12 was definitely more forward than the '11. Smokey and meaty. A tad hot.
