Let it breathe for an hour and then enjoyed with Medium rare ribeyes, mushrooms and potatoes dauphinoise. Fruit noticeable, but nice finish and paired perfectly with meal

Young Cab. Looks dark purple. Not much red. Smells like soaps and plums. Flavors are CA oak sauce. Some bramble fruits, but this is not my style. Kinda opposite of what I like.
