Loibner Berg Smaragd Riesling

Floral nose, ripe fruit, exotic, white wet rocks
Fresh, minerally and incisive.
Fat and sweet, but also sharp
Good balance
It will age for a while
From the Berg vineyard they source the grapes for the "M" gruner veltliner and the "Unendlich" Riesling

Corked, but the plastic wrap thing worked and the wine emerged a bit broad, but still linear and focused.

A good bottle but lacked purity and focus

Flabby in the beginning ... Got better with air

In the zone. Quite bright and exhibiting some petrol, but mostly just electric and crystalline.

Omg this bottle from FLX table was absolutely singing! Honey, apricot, lime, and honeysuckle. Luscious texture, super fresh. Fantastic!

2001 vintage. Been decanting for 3 hours now. Starting to come around finally. Honey and peaches and diesel. We shall see how it progresses.

Really amazing. So rich but light and of twenty dimensions.
