Tasted a few tonight but this was really nice if not particularly memorable on the specifics.

I found it to be really well balanced. Light acidity. Present minerality. Easy going but not lacking interest.

Nice structure with bold red and black fruit, and a slight herbal element. Perfect with pizza.

From the May wine share. Pretty red juice colour. Spices like paprika or a mild chili powder, and Maraschino cherries. Light and easy-drinking 😋

A perfect weeknight dinner wine at 11.5% Light body, red fruit aromas and flavors, mild acidity and tannins that are nicely balanced. Surprisingly food friendly across the board, no fantastic pairings but nothing too offensive either! Food Pairing Fundamentals Class 3/25/21

Very modern tasting, almost like a sour beer. Sharp and pointed. Best with food. Tiniest bit of carbonation
