High acidity, racy. Notes of honeysuckle, juicy green apple, stone fruit, hints of salinity and minerality. Off-dry. Mouthwateringly delicious. I love that the winemaking process is focused on the vineyard with minimal intervention.

Lemon pith, citrus zest, white florals, apricot and a straw/waxy element to the nose. Textbook high acid, but feels quite broad on the palate and is met with that slight bitterness one can get from this part of Germany. Is a good simple expression, super cheap too
