The day old brioche I want to eat before a chance to become French toast in a hungover frenzy. Not the greatest, but it's inviting and comforting when I need it to be.

Clean, crisp, and balanced. Maybe went down too easy.

Nice and dry; acidic; medium sized bubbles; not very complex flavor; very subtle petrol

Excellent sparkling for the price. A go to for burgers at this price. Cuts through the salt and grease perfectly with its refreshing aromatic profile. Slight sweetness but nowhere near off putting. Sure to make any sparkling fan feel satisfied.

Good made into a couple sprits’s after a freezing incident, was a good dry wine crisp slightly sweet and smells like lemon. The vintage was incredibly difficult to find and i only put what is my best guess

Pale straw in color. Grapefruit rind, pear, bread, and lime zest, and wet slate on the nose. Apple, pear, and lime on the palate. Nice bright acidity and dry with a creamy mouthfeel from fine effervescence. The short finish starts as honey before a mineral note joins before everything fades.

Bought a 375ml bottle in Andover. Has a real cork! Clean. No aftertaste. Nothing special, but half the price of comparable tasting champagnes.

Melon hits the nose first, really interestingly. Smells lightly sweet, and the color is a pale, almost pastel yellow. Taste is crisp and yet mellow, like vanilla or syrup. I really like this one!!

Am I a monster if I make mimosas out of a sparkling wine without a twist off cork? This is actually quite good by itself, but makes a pretty damn good mimosa.
