Dec 10th, 2013Pears jump out immediately (green, Asian), with underripe honeydew, Granny Smith skin, wet stones. Mouth watering acidity coats the palate and spreads the pear flavors everywhere. The minerality hits at the end. Pairs well with soy, ginger, scallion and sesame white fish.

Jul 28th, 2018Nothing like a nice, dry Riesling to wet your whistle after a day of shopping with the wife. This has been a regular go to for me for so long. Floral, honeyed overtones on the nose. Bright, golden yellow, with mouthwatering acidity, which should pair wonderfully with some Knockwurst and sauerkraut, which I was just craving!
About $16/bottle. This wine will always be in my lineup.
