V09. Enjoyable. Slight butterscotch bouquet. Creamy apricot and a slight grapefruit finish. Acid level still nice for six years old.

Maybe it’s just the California sunshine, but one of the more interesting whites I can remember. Strong apricot on the nose.

Don't sleep on Viognier! Incredibly under appreciated (and undervalued) in the United States. Freemark Abbey makes a solid, crowd pleasing example. It's not Chardonnay, and it's not Sauv Blanc, and that's exactly what makes me excited about it. It get honeysuckle, pear, and lemon peel. Cheers!

The nose is vaguely reminiscent of viognier, though not nearly as floral as what I expect. On the palate I found a roundness to the wine that implied French oak. This was partially fermented in small french oak casks and the rest in stainless steel so I pat myself on the back for that. It's not a bad wine, but not very stylistic of viognier.

Light and crisp Viognier. Not cloying or too heavy a la Condrieu. Great floral-fruit-acid balance.

Decadent and floral with lovely apricot aromas. Full, rich and bold flavors, good acidity.

Pretty good—tried it a little too warm. Good unique flavor though.
