Really solid cremant, 100% Pinot noir from Burgundy. Definitely holds its own against some more budget friendly champagnes and is still half the cost of those. Lovely small bubbles and your expected brioche and yeast profiles but features some nice berry scents as well, along with white pepper. Flavors of strawberries, buttered toast, citrus zest and dry as a bone. Nice job, Frédéric! (5th generation winemaker.)

Very Champagne like! Pinot Noir Blend from Burgundy! Light golden color, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh fruit with floral scents. On the palate red berry and cherry flavors with nice underlying sweetness. Dryer than most Cremants I tasted. Long finish with lively acidity, good balance ending with fruit and slight mineral yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative.
