Knockout nose. Salt. Grilled nuts. Sea breeze. So complex on the nose. Concentrated and insanely complex and teeming with energy. Wow. Such a long finish. Sappy and dense and insane acidity and freshness.

Wow. Trying to write something about this but it keeps changing. Cigar smoke, walnut and sour patch kids. Fantastic.
Day 2 this is broader, tartness has sweetened, and the finish is kaleidoscopic. By the time it’s fading you’re dying for another sip. A wine that supplants food.
