Lambert’s high end Chardonnay and wow what a wine in 21. Nose is nutty, mineral, green apple and pear. Ouille style so zero ox. So aromatic and focused. Some wood shavings and a hint of spice. Palate is super focused with tons of angles and green apple skins and some flesh but not much. Juicy and incisive. Really long and just the right amount of flesh. Great energy and high acids. So compact and lean but also has a hint of opulence that keeps you wanting one more sip. Very complex and wow this will wake you up in the morning with its intense acidity and minerality. Let’s see what air does. So clean and astonishingly pure.

With some air this got more fleshy, more acidic and more concentrated with a complex clearly defined saline note. Puligny look alike.

Always so good. Mineral nose with some opulent Chardonnay hits. This is Ouille. Fabulous palate with gorgeous purity and energy. Ripe and crisp green apple. Very very long. Such a refined and very classy bottle of Jura Chard. Has that distinctive Jura terroir footprint that you get more I find with the non oxidized ones like this. Very clean.

Killer nose and love the Ouille style. Seashells, apple skins, minerals, lovely purity, lanoilin, so clean. Palate is insanely mineral but so precise and pure. Finishes very mineral. Good length, freshness and grip. Excellent.

The oxidation is an element but not dominant. Salty. Balanced richness. Mineral. Delicious baked apply thing going on Wow. I had this with peppers and anchovies and grilled halumi. That combo needs a change of pace wine. And this delivered. You don’t want to drink this style every day but once a month it’s fun as hell. Bought from fass selections.
